Our Story
The Nutrition House started in a small Gurugram gym in 2019, out of frustration. Our founders kept watching serious lifters get sold counterfeit tubs — amino-spiked protein, under-dosed pre-workouts and re-filled imported jars with fake holograms.
We decided to build the opposite: a brand where every claim on the label can be checked, every batch can be traced, and every pack can be verified online in ten seconds. We began with one whey protein and one pre-workout, sold only to people who trained where we trained.
Seven years later we ship across India, but the standard has not changed. If a formula cannot pass third-party testing, it does not get a label.
